The short version
Your clinical information lives in a HIPAA-secure provider portal, not on this website. This site collects only what you give it — contact details, your stated goal, and standard analytics — and none of it is sold.
What we collect
Contact information you submit through forms — name, email address, and state of residence. Goal information — the category you select on the quiz [for example, weight or muscle]. Technical data — standard web logs and analytics such as pages visited, device type, and approximate region.
What this site does not collect: your clinical intake. Health history, medications, conditions, and screening answers are completed inside a HIPAA-secure provider portal operated for the medical group, never on these pages. Quiz answers about your health stay on your device and are not transmitted by this site.
How we use it
To send the intake link you requested, to route your file to a provider licensed in your state, to operate and improve the service, and — with your consent — to send marketing email you can leave with one click. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers who run the platform [hosting, email delivery, analytics] under contracts limiting their use of your data; the independent medical group and pharmacies involved in your care, as needed to deliver it; and authorities where the law requires it.
Health information
Once you begin a clinical intake, your health information is handled by the treating medical group under HIPAA and its own Notice of Privacy Practices, which is presented inside the provider portal. MoMo[Muscle], as a technology platform, handles that information only as permitted by its agreements with the medical group.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information this site holds about you at any time by writing to info@momomuscle.com. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA/CPRA — access, deletion, correction, and opting out of any sale or sharing [we do neither] — using the same address. We honor browser Global Privacy Control signals. Unsubscribe links appear in every marketing email.
