About

Built by a coach.
Run like medicine.

MoMo[Muscle] started as a training brand — programs, cues, and structure for people tired of guessing. The telehealth arm exists because training kept running into problems training can’t fix.

A note from Morgan

Why this exists.

I didn’t start this because I wanted to run a clinic. I started it because I spent years coaching women who were doing everything right and getting told the problem was effort.

It usually wasn’t effort. It was a thyroid nobody checked. It was sleep. It was a body that changed at 38 and nobody explained why. The hard part was never finding a product. The hard part was finding somebody who would read the whole file and tell you the truth, including when the truth is no.

So that’s what this is. You answer some questions. A licensed provider in your state reads them. If something fits, they say so. If nothing does, they say that too, and you don’t pay for a plan you were never a candidate for.

I’m not going to promise you a prescription. Nobody honest can. What I can promise is that the person reading your file is real, and that we’ll tell you where the evidence stops instead of talking past it.

The standard

The rules we run on.

01

The provider owns every decision

There is no automatic approval path and no way to pay past the review. Independent, state-licensed, and free to say no.

02

Muscle is not collateral

Every weight plan ships with a protein target and a training expectation. Getting smaller and weaker is not a win we will sell you.

03

We say where the evidence stops

Some of this medicine has decades of trials. Some has early data and honest uncertainty. The page tells you which is which before the consult does.

04

One price, no theater

No membership fee, no 28-day billing cycles, no fake countdown timers. The final number appears before the first charge.

One ask

Your file is two minutes away.

Answer the questions honestly. A provider reads it and tells you whether there is something here for you, or that there isn’t.

Take the 2-minute quiz → No card. No charge unless you are prescribed and you accept the plan.
