What we don’t offer yet — and why.
BPC-157, TB-500, MOTS-c, KPV, Epitalon, and Semax were recommended for the FDA’s compounding list in July 2026, but the rulemaking is not finished. Until it is, no licensed pharmacy can properly dispense them — so anyone selling them to you today is not the kind of source you want touching something you inject. The moment the rule lands, this page changes. That is the whole policy.

Provider review
A licensed provider in your state screens for anything that makes treatment unsafe and decides whether there is a path at all.
Your consult
What they would recommend, what it costs, what it will not do, and what happens if you stop.
Track + adjust
Scheduled check-ins and labs where they are useful. Anything that is not working gets changed or stopped.

Answer the questions honestly. A provider reads it and tells you whether there is something here for you, or that there isn’t.
